Can I extend my stay at the hotel?
If you’d like to inquire about additional nights, please email events@hoffmanmedia.com.
If I book a double-occupancy package, will the hotel room have two beds?
Rooms with two beds are limited, therefore, we cannot guarantee your room will have two beds.
Can I upgrade to a suite?
Upgrades are available based on availability. Email us at events@hoffmanmedia.com for pricing and availability.
Are commuter packages available for local residents?
Commuter packages are not currently available. If you’re local to the Charleston area, we suggest enjoying a “staycation” at The Charleston Place. If we meet our hotel contractual obligations and have registration spaces available, we will consider allowing commuters. If you’d like to be added to a list to be contacted if we open commuter registrations, email events@hoffmanmedia.com.
Is breakfast included?
Daily breakfast is included as a part of the event and will be served during the first presentation each morning.
Are children able to attend this retreat?
All participants must be 18 years old or older to attend this event.
What should I plan to wear during the event?
Smart casual clothing. Walking shoes are recommended for exploring Charleston on your own.
Will we have any free time?
You will have free time in the afternoons and evenings to explore Charleston on your own.
How do I pay my remaining balance?
Your remaining balance (50% of registration fee) is due on July 1, 2025. You will start receiving invoice reminders for your remaining balance via email in early June.
How do I sign up for Small Group Creativity Sessions?
You will receive an
email when we open signups for our Small Group Creativity Sessions. This
email will share information about all sessions and will allow you to rank the
sessions based on which ones you want to attend the most and least.
My plans have changed. Can I cancel my registration?
Since registration for this event is nonrefundable, we suggest buying trip insurance. If you don’t purchase travel insurance, you agree to indemnify us against any charges that might otherwise be covered by your insurance. If Hoffman Media initiates an event cancellation, all payments will be refunded.
